Sevier County 4-H Golden Eagle Award

The 4-H Golden Eagle Award is earned by 4-Hers each year. To receive this award you must:

  • Be an active 4-H Club Member in the 4th-12th grade
  • Participate in each month’s club activity (Find more information on these contests under “4-H Clubs and Contests”):
    • November – Public Speaking
    • January – Poster Contest
    • February – Essay and Design Contest
    • March – Photography and Videography Contest
  • Participate in at least one outside event. Events can be found under the “4-H Camps, Workshops, and Events” tab.
  • Participate in at least one club Community Service Learning Project
  • Complete ONE project book or activity sheet according to requirements and turn it in to your teacher (along with the Golden Eagle Award Application) by April 10, 2024. (4th Graders complete an Exploring 4-H Book that they received in their Club meeting. 5th Grade and up completes a project page.)
  • Record all activities on the Golden Eagle Award Application during the year

Golden Eagle Award Applications, completed project books, and your 4-H Storry are due to your teacher by April 10, 2024. 4-H Staff will pick up all completed applications and books from each school by noon on April 10th. Contact Sami Albright (samialbright@utk.edu) with any questions!
