The Tennessee Association for Family and Community Education (TAFCE) is an organization of volunteers who work together to build strong families and communities. FCE strives to make our homes and communities a better place in which to live!
Sevier County FCE members are involved in programs/projects that support education and community services. This State/Regional organization meets monthly and is led by elected officers. Membership has presently 35 members in two clubs, with membership growing. Program topics vary at each meeting, often involving community speakers. Club projects relate to the State Initiative promoting Education, Leadership, and Community Action.
New Members are welcome at any meeting! Fun, learning, and friendship are abounding at every FCE gathering. Meetings, workshops, camps, and conferences … all are occasions for fellowship, learning new things about the community, and personal well-being.

Rowena McFalls 4-H Scholarship Fund
This year the Midway FCE Members are trying to raise money for the Rowena McFalls 4-H Scholarship Fundraiser. This scholarship fund was created in honor of a very impactful FCE member named Rowena McFalls. She loved Sevier County, served in various leadership positions within the club, and represented our county very well.
The goal of this initiative is to provide more scholarship opportunities for 4th -12th graders who cannot attend 4-H camps due to financial restraints. Your contribution can provide a way for 4-Hers to attend overnight camps during the summer such as Junior 4-H Camp, Junior High Camp, Target Smart Camp, and more! If you are interested in donating you can come by one of the Midway FCE Club Meetings or the UT Extension Office to donate.
To the right is the Fundraiser Form if you would like to help. Feel free to print and mail your donations to our office!
