The Sevier County Livestock Association focuses on agricultural awareness, producer education, and supporting youth livestock programs within the county. The association has a Spring and Fall meetings featuring Sevier County raised meat for dinner, and educational speakers. The association also participates in events throughout the year including Farm School Day, educating nearly 1500 students on all thing’s agriculture. Producers have the ability to join the local association in conjunction with the state associations, including Tn Cattleman’s, Tn Sheep Producers, and TN Pork Producers.
