Throughout the year, we offer a variety of overnight camp opportunities, including Junior 4-H Camp, Junior High Academic Conference, Electric Camp, Culinary Camp, Roundup, and many more. This page will be updated as 2027 camp information becomes available. Please note that camp registrations are non-refundable. Scholarships are available to help make camp accessible to all youth. If you have any questions about a specific camp or the registration process, please reach out to a Sevier County 4-H Agent—we’re happy to help!
Scholarships
Scholarship applications for 2027 Sevier County 4-H Overnight Camps will be available beginning in March. Applications must be picked up and returned in person at the Sevier County Extension Office. All completed applications are due by the end of March. Late applications cannot be accepted.
Scholarships help make camp opportunities available to more youth, and we encourage all eligible families to apply. If you have any questions about the scholarship process, please contact a Sevier County 4-H Agent.
Over Night Camp Opportunities
Get ready for one of the best weeks of the summer! 2027 Junior 4-H Camp will be held June 14–18, 2027.
Junior 4-H Camp is a five-day, four-night overnight camp for youth in grades 4–6 filled with exciting outdoor adventures, hands-on educational activities, new friendships, and unforgettable memories. Campers will enjoy swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, crafts, nature exploration, team-building activities, campfires, and so much more—all while developing confidence, independence, and leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether it is your first time away from home or you are returning for another summer of fun, Junior 4-H Camp is an experience you will not want to miss!

🏕️ Junior High 4-H Adventure Camp
📅 July 12–16, 2027
Ready for your next adventure? Junior High 4-H Adventure Camp is designed for youth who have completed grades 6–8 and are looking for an exciting overnight camp experience.
Campers will participate in active, hands-on activities that encourage leadership, teamwork, personal growth, and independence while making new friends from across Tennessee.
Throughout the week, youth may enjoy activities such as canoeing, fishing, swimming, nature hikes, shooting sports, T-shirt airbrushing, survivor-style team challenges, special interest groups, and much more! Every day brings new adventures, unforgettable memories, and opportunities to challenge yourself in a fun and supportive environment.

🎯 4-H Target Smart Camp
📅 May 31–June 4, 2027
Take your shooting sports skills to the next level at 4-H Target Smart Camp! Designed for youth enrolled in grades 6–9, this overnight camp provides hands-on instruction and skill development in a variety of shooting sports disciplines while emphasizing firearm safety, responsibility, and sportsmanship.
Campers will receive training in areas such as archery, riflery, shotgun, muzzleloading, and outdoor skills, all led by certified Tennessee 4-H Shooting Sports instructors. Whether you’re refining your technique, building confidence, or expanding your outdoor skills, Target Smart Camp offers an exciting and educational experience for youth who are passionate about shooting sports.
⚠️ Prior Experience Required
Prior shooting sports training is required before attending Target Smart Camp. Youth should have previous experience and training in shooting sports before registering.

🏠 Tennessee 4-H Destination Design
📅 June 28–July 1, 2027
Explore the world of architecture and interior design with Tennessee 4-H Destination Design! This unique, travel-based educational experience is designed for senior high 4-H members in grades 9–12 who are interested in design, architecture, creativity, and exploring potential career opportunities.
Throughout the trip, participants will take part in hands-on learning experiences, educational tours, and activities centered around interior design and architecture. Youth will have the opportunity to see design concepts come to life while learning from real-world spaces and experiences.
Unlike a traditional camp, Destination Design takes learning on the road! Participants travel together to explore destinations, tour unique spaces, and gain firsthand experience with architecture and design while making memories with other 4-H members from across Tennessee.
Whether you’re interested in pursuing a career in interior design or architecture, love being creative, or simply want to experience something new, Destination Design offers an exciting way to explore your interests through 4-H!

🧵 Eastern Region 4-H Fashion & Design Conference
📅 June 8–10, 2027
Unleash your creativity at the Eastern Region 4-H Fashion & Design Conference! This exciting multi-day experience is designed for 4-H members in grades 6–12 who are interested in sewing, textiles, fashion, clothing design, and all things creative.
Throughout the conference, participants will take part in a variety of hands-on workshops and creative activities. Past workshops have included sewing projects, embroidery, jewelry making, loom knitting, and other fashion and design activities. Whether you’re an experienced sewer or just beginning to explore the world of fashion and design, there is something for everyone!
Participants will also have opportunities to meet other 4-H members from across the Eastern Region, develop new skills, explore their creativity, and enjoy special group activities and experiences throughout the conference.
👗 Fashion Show
One of the highlights of the conference is the Regional 4-H Fashion Show! Youth have the opportunity to showcase their sewing and fashion skills, with qualifying participants having the opportunity to advance to the State 4-H Fashion Show at the Wilson County–Tennessee State Fair.

Get ready to cook, create, and explore the world of food at the Eastern Region 4-H Culinary Camp! This exciting multi-day experience gives 4-H members the opportunity to develop their culinary skills through hands-on cooking experiences, food education, and plenty of fun with other youth from across East Tennessee.
Throughout Culinary Camp, participants will get into the kitchen and learn skills they can use for a lifetime. Campers will explore different foods, cooking techniques, and culinary traditions while learning the importance of food safety, kitchen safety, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.
Past Culinary Camps have included experiences such as hands-on cooking, Appalachian cooking, cheese tasting, food and kitchen safety activities, and special group outings. Specific activities for the 2027 camp will be announced as they become available.
Whether you already love to cook or are just beginning to find your way around the kitchen, Culinary Camp is a great opportunity to try new foods, learn new skills, and discover just how much fun cooking can be!
