Tennessee 4-H is excited to offer a Sport Fishing Program for 4th–12th grade 4-H members across the state. Youth will fish from their own locations and log catches using our official program app, competing with other 4-H’ers in a fun, statewide tournament.
- Registration Deadline: Friday, December 19, 2025
- Fee: $40 per participant
- Includes Check-It Stick and FishDonkey app access
To register, contact the Sevier County Extension Office or your local county 4-H office.
- Open to all 4-H members in grades 4–12
- Junior and Senior divisions
- Fishing Session: March 1 – April 26, 2026
- Participants may fish throughout the session and submit entries via the app.
- Bass
- Catfish
- Panfish (bluegill, crappie, brim, sunfish)
- Trout
All registered participants will receive:
- A laser-engraved 4-H Clover Check-It Stick
- Access to the FishDonkey app, our tournament partner
- An 8-week virtual fishing tournament experience
- Eligibility for prizes and recognition
Awards will be given in both Junior and Senior divisions for:
- Big Fish (per species)
- String of 5 Fish (per species)
